QUIRINDI CANTER CHARITY BIKE RIDE/JUNIOR BIKE RIDE CONDITIONS OF ENTRY By registering to participate in the 2020 Quirindi Canter Charity Bike/Junior Bike Rides, I agree to the following terms and conditions: I understand that cycling on public roads, community paths and off-road is a potentially hazardous activity and I agree to obey the road rules and wear and Australian Standards approved cycling helmet at all times. I will obey the directions of the police, event marshalls and organizers of the event and will ride with care and consideration of others on the road. I release and forever discharge, exempt and indemnify the organizer, sponsors and all other persons involved in the organization from all action, proceedings, demands and claims whatsoever taken by my participation. Quirindi Canter Incorporated shall not be liable or responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential or accidental damage, injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind which may be occasioned by reason or any act or omission of any third party. NB: THE JUNIOR BIKE RIDE is a primary school event. All children years K/1/2 will ride in The Community Walk and must be accompanied by an adult.
